Terms of Service

Effective June 7, 2026

1. Acceptance

By signing in to and using CorvusCut (“CorvusCut”, “the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

CorvusCut is an AI-assisted tool that edits user-supplied drone and video footage. It is operated by Bailey Enterprises, LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company. It is currently in free, invite-only beta and is provided “as is” — see section 7.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Access requires signing in with Google and being approved by an administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the footage you upload and of the edited videos the Service produces for you.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service (including sending it to the third-party processors listed in the Privacy Policy).

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to the footage you upload, and that your content and its use do not violate any law or any third party’s rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you lack the rights to.
  • Upload content that is harmful, harassing, or that depicts others without the consent required by law.
  • Abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.
  • Reverse-engineer the Service or use it for automated or bulk processing beyond normal personal use.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Beta software

The Service is beta software. It may change, contain bugs, be unavailable, lose data, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may impose or change usage limits during the beta.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any edit will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge during the beta, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bailey Enterprises, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) content you upload or submit, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms or of any law or any third party’s rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or at our discretion during the beta.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active beta users at the email on their account; continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in West Virginia.
